[ About Tactiqal ]

We build the operational layer most businesses are still running manually.

Tactiqal is a B2B AI systems agency run by Ryan Bradshaw. We build the operational infrastructure that lets businesses scale without scaling headcount.

[ The work ]

Tactiqal was built around a specific frustration: most businesses that want to scale run into the same wall — not a demand problem, not a marketing problem, but an operations problem. The work is there. The volume is there. The team is drowning in the manual handoffs, the tool-switching, the follow-up that lives in someone's head. The business grows until the operations can't keep up, and then it stalls.

Ryan Bradshaw started Tactiqal to fix that layer. The work isn't strategy consulting. It's building — custom AI systems, automation infrastructure, email and CRM platforms, operational tooling. Things that run after we're done. Things you own.

The businesses we work with aren't usually broken. They're successful enough that the manual processes they started with are now the ceiling. One custom system — one properly wired workflow that replaces an hour of daily manual work — tends to change the conversation about what else is possible. That's what we're here for.

[ How we work ]

A few things we believe about doing this work right.

01.

Own what you build

A system that only works while you're paying a vendor a monthly fee isn't infrastructure — it's a dependency. We build things you own outright. When we're done, the system is yours to run, modify, and extend.

02.

Infrastructure over advice

Businesses that struggle with operations usually have the right platforms. What's missing is the layer connecting them — the logic, the routing, the automation that makes data move without a person in the middle. We build that layer.

03.

Build once, run forever

We're not here to tell you what's possible. We're here to build the first version, prove it works, and give you a clear view of what's worth building next. Scope-creep is how implementation projects fail. We start with one thing and finish it.

Think this might be the right fit?

The best first conversation is usually about one specific problem — the follow-up that keeps slipping, the tool stack that costs too much to maintain, the workflow someone has to babysit. Tell us what that is. We'll tell you if there's a system worth building.
